RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return a product, please contact us to discuss within 48 hours of receiving. If your return is agreed, we’ll provide our returns address to send your package. You must cover the cost of shipping the return.

Custom wigs are bespoke items and cannot be returned and they are specific to your specifications

Items sent back to us without our approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • Lace must not be cut

  • In its original packaging

 

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days to complete the return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom wigs or sale items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RECEIVING PAYMENT

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the value of the returned items. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at madam_wigs@outlook.com

Refunds will be made within 14 days. The original shipping fees and any reductions will be deducted from the refund total.
